2. Scope
These General Terms and Conditions of Sale (GTC) govern the sales of products made via the website www.nidoulove.fr to individual consumers residing in the European Union. Any order implies unreserved acceptance of these Terms and Conditions.
3. Products
The products offered are described and photographed with the utmost care. The images are illustrative and may differ slightly from the final product, without altering its quality or essential characteristics. The items are selected for their quality, naturalness, and compatibility with an animal-friendly lifestyle.
4. Price
Prices are shown in euros (€), inclusive of all taxes (VAT). Delivery charges are specified before final order confirmation. Nidoulove reserves the right to modify its prices at any time, while guaranteeing the price applied at the time of the order.
5. Order
Order confirmation constitutes acceptance of these Terms and Conditions. An order confirmation will be sent by email after payment. Nidoulove reserves the right to refuse any order for legitimate reasons (suspicion of fraud, stock shortage, etc.).
6. Payment
Payment is made via the secure payment methods offered on the website: credit card (Visa, Mastercard, Amex), Apple Pay, or other methods available at the time of purchase. The order is considered final after payment confirmation.
7. Delivery
Deliveries are made within mainland France and the European Union. Delivery times vary depending on the chosen carrier and are generally 2 to 7 business days. In the event of a delay beyond our control, the customer will be notified by email. Products travel at the carrier's risk from the moment of delivery.
8. Right of withdrawal
In accordance with Directive 2011/83/EU, the customer has 14 days from receipt of the order to exercise their right of withdrawal, without having to provide a reason. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, except in cases of error on our part or defective products.
9. Returns and refunds
Upon receipt of the returned product and verification of its condition, the refund will be issued within 14 days to the original payment method. Personalized or perishable items are not eligible for returns.
10. Guarantees
All products are covered by the legal guarantees of conformity and against hidden defects as provided by European directives and consumer law. The customer has two years from the date of receipt to invoke the legal guarantee of conformity.
11. Responsibility
Nidoulove cannot be held responsible for damages resulting from misuse of the product, nor for inconveniences related to the use of the Internet network (service interruption, intrusion, viruses, etc.).
12. Intellectual Property
All elements of the site (texts, images, logos, photographs, visuals, design, name "Nidoulove") are the exclusive property of Nidoulove Limited and may not be reproduced or used without prior written authorization.

14. Applicable Law and Disputes
These Terms and Conditions are governed by European Union and Irish law, without prejudice to the mandatory provisions of the law of the consumer's country of residence. In the event of a dispute, an amicable solution will be sought before any legal action is taken. Failing that, the competent courts will be those of the registered office of Nidoulove Limited.
