At Nidoulove , we want every purchase to be a positive experience.
If an item does not meet your expectations, you can request a return or exchange within 14 days of receiving your order.

Eligibility requirements

• The product must be new, unused and in its original packaging .

• Personalized, food or opened items cannot be returned for hygiene reasons.

• Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, except in the case of an error or a defective product.

Procedure

1. Contact us at contact@nidoulove.com to obtain return instructions.

2. Once the product has been received and verified, the refund will be issued to the original payment method within 7 to 10 business days .

3. In case of damaged product, please attach a photo to facilitate processing.

We reserve the right to refuse a return if the above conditions are not met.
