Semi-moist kibble, Country-style roast duck and fish
Cold-pressing at low temperatures (around 42–47°C) limits the very aggressive cooking process of classic kibble. This results in dense and nutritious bites with an aroma that is more reminiscent of a mix of real foods, designed as a simpler and less processed alternative, while still covering the nutritional needs of adult dogs.
In detail
Description
This new Cooka's Cookies product evokes a cold-pressed "country roast" and is designed as a complete, grain-free food for adult dogs. To produce 3 kg of kibble, over 6 kg of whole fresh duck and fish are used, then supplemented with sweet potato, vegetables, fruits, and herbs. The animal component represents 75% of the recipe (52% fresh duck, 23% fresh fish: sea bream, sea bass, salmon, and sardines), with no meat meal or ingredients added simply to lengthen the list without any real nutritional value. The brand emphasizes the use of human-grade raw materials, handcrafted production, and the absence of wheat, gluten, GMOs, artificial colors, flavors, or preservatives, flavor or aroma enhancers, fillers, and by-products.
The fact that the recipe is cold-pressed means that the ingredients are not puffed at very high temperatures as in a conventional kibble, but mixed and then compressed at a gentler temperature, around 42 to 47°C. This results in dense morsels, slightly less dry than a highly puffed kibble, with an aroma more reminiscent of a mixture of real food. The nutritional content is supplemented with vitamins and minerals to make it a complete food formulated according to the recommendations of FEDIAF (European Federation of Pet Food Industries) for adult dogs.
