Pine wood provides a natural base that is pleasant to handle and lighter than traditional mineral litter. It helps absorb moisture and leaves a subtle woody scent, without any overpowering added fragrance. Bentonite, a naturally highly absorbent clay, binds with moisture and forms compact clumps. Soiled areas can be removed cleanly, without emptying the entire tray, allowing you to replace only what is needed and maintain a consistent texture for your cat.
Odor control relies on absorption and clumping: moisture is trapped and collected, excrement is dried, and the bin stays cleaner. The material is biodegradable. Waste can be disposed of in a food waste container, and, depending on local regulations, flushing small quantities is permitted.
